In a world that glorifies speed, sells wellness in trends, and bottles beauty into products, Aharva Living offers something quieter, slower, and more soulful. A return to your kitchen, your garden, your breath. To turmeric on your counter, tulsi on your windowsill, and the rituals whispered by grandmothers.
Aharva comes from the Sanskrit word Ahara (आहार) – meaning not just food, but everything we absorb: thoughts, emotions, habits, and rhythms. We believe self-care begins here – with presence, purpose, and nourishment from within.
Not just skincare – but skin, rooted in tradition.
Not just wellness – but a way of living, with softness and sense.
From My Kitchen to Yours
Hi, I’m Tanya Aggarwal — designer and a believer in slow, intentional living.
Aharva Living began as a personal journey, shaped by family nuskhas, kitchen discoveries, and a longing to live closer to nature, ritual, and trust.
I grew up watching my grandmother stir haldi into coconut oil for everything from skin rashes to low moods — and learned that healing doesn’t need to be bought.
It’s often already home.
This project is my offering — where old-world wisdom meets everyday wellness, and where each blog or blend invites you to return to yourself.
Glow begins within – in your gut, your habits, your rituals.

What You’ll Find Here
This is more than a project. It’s a practice.
Aharva Living is where Indian wisdom meets modern rhythms.
It’s not about what’s trending — it’s about what’s true.
🌿 Welcome to Aharva Living
Let’s live slowly. Heal softly. Begin again — one ritual at a time.
Our Mission at Aharva Living
Aharva Living, our mission is to bring wellness back home — to the kitchen, the garden, and the heart.
We’re here to revive age-old Indian rituals, simplify skincare with kitchen ingredients, and make holistic well-being an everyday practice — not a luxury.
We believe in gentle care, thoughtful living, and nourishing both skin and soul with presence, not perfection.
Through every blog, blend, and ritual, we hope to reconnect you with your roots — and remind you that healing often begins with what you already have.
Less noise, more nature. Less rush, more ritual. That’s the Aharva way.
“I’m bringing Aharva as my way of returning home — to simplicity, to soulfulness, to the rituals once held in our mothers’ hands and echoed in our grandmothers’ voices.
